15-Day Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable (if applicable).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Refunds are generally completed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong or damaged product).

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at flipoma025@gmail.com with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please return the eligible item and place a new order after your refund is processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
